GETTING MY WINBOX LOGIN TO WORK

It's going to open (or whether it is now open up) and Once i swap networks it's going to cling for a great five minutes with "not responding", then it'll finally occur up and work, although at times it does it once again if I hit refresh.How can I link the Restrict profile to the user profile like it was in Consumer Supervisor of OS Variation 6?I g
